Alpharetta is known for its prestigious schools, beautiful residential neighborhoods, and vibrant shopping and entertainment scene. It’s the 12th most populous city in Georgia and is frequently referred to as the Technology City of the South.

Brief History

The city began as a trading post and remained a small, agrarian-focused community through the late 20th century. In 1980, Alpharetta’s population sat at 3,000 and has since grown to more than 65,000.
